Do you provide part-time, freelance, or ad-hoc manpower services?

No, we do not provide part-time, freelance, or ad-hoc manpower services at the moment. We focus on recruitment for full-time permanent employees and contract staff.

Minimum 14 days of annual leave. Minimum 3 months probation period. Minimum 2 months notice period. BatamOn Asia will be responsible for managing the talent’s leave dates, probationary period, and termination of employment/offboarding.

The talents will use English as the primary form of communication.

The talents will follow the calendar that their employer requires. This may be the Singaporean calendar or the Indonesian calendar, depending on the employer’s needs.

Where does BatamOn Asia source of candidate from?

Our talents come from Batam, and across Indonesia.

Talents can be hired to work from our co-working Talent Hub at Pollux Meisterstadt (Batam Centre), remotely from home, or at a dedicated offshore office built to your specifications anywhere within Kota Batam City.

Minimum 1 year contract with 3 months probation.
